Yesterday afternoon was such a beautiful day. It was a glimpse of the warmer weather that I know is just around the corner. I can't wait for Spring. I can't wait for the snow to melt. I can't wait to bust out the flip flops...well my kids can't wait either.
It was only 46 degrees outside...but that is the warmest it has been here in 5 months. Jared has no shoes. Rachel has no jacket and is wearing flip flops.
You can still see the snow piled up but you can also see the grass!! Whoohoo!!I don't want to get my hopes up...I do live in Rexburg and I know we will still have cold weather in our forecast, it even snowed this morning...but I am just getting so excited to actually FEEL the SUN and not just see it.

Yes, my mental countdown is on! I read through all my past years of blog posts to see when abouts the snow would be all the way gone. I came up with late March-mid April, so hopefully it will be so soon!
