As we headed home Monday we ran into several storms. It was raining in California when we left and it snowed from Cedar City all the way home. We stopped at David & Sonja's house on the way home. We got some In & Out Burgers. I am torn about In and Out being in Utah. I love that I don't have to drive 10 hours to get a delicious burger, fries, and shake. (I learned a new menu item after eating there practically my entire life. Did you know they make neopolitan shakes? That is going to become a new favorite.) But palm trees don't belong in Utah! Plus, I think it takes away from the novelty of In and Out burger. I guess I don't mind that much because we supported it.
After picking up some In and Out we headed over to David & Sonja to watch Chuck while we ate. The food, episode, and company were awesome. I'm glad we got to see David & Sonja, even if it was short. We were literally in and out. I guess we will be seeing a lot of them in a couple of weeks as they are coming up next semester to BYU-I.
The storm got worse as we got back on the road. It took us an extra 3 hours from Orem to Rexburg. But we made it back safely. Back to reality...
